Who’s That Girl?

All the big make up companies are doing it: using celebrities in place of models. The benefit is they are instantly recognizable. We stop to acknowledge this and, hopefully, take a moment to check out the ad. In essence, it’s branding without branding.

So why has Covergirl taken Drew Barrymore and Photoshopped her into anonymity? Hmmmm. Wait. Maybe this is actually a “two fer.” Is it me? Or has Covergirl morphed Drew with Bo Derek?
